Child birth can be a beautiful yet unimaginable experience any woman can encounter. It's a process of emotional and social involvement that make up a natural human being. For women each moment during labour will become memories for them to share with their grown up's later.
Now the question is: How many pregnant women enters the Labour room and come out without cuts, tear or even complications?? The joy of pregnancy and the fear of child birth cannot be compared. You're happy about something but at the same time scared because your life is on the line.
In the Nigeria of today, It's very impossible that you haven't heard of a pregnancy related issue that led to death.According to the UNICEF more than 150 women die daily as a result of pregnancy related issues.

Can this complications be avoided?? Yes, I believe the hospital has it's part to play likewise you. You necessarily don't need to have a tear, cut or even complications if you have the right information. As a pregnant mum you should know how to engage your pelvic muscles correctly. The pressure during labour is specific and requires the right combination of muscle engagement and other technique to be effective and safe.
Do you have effective knowledge about child birth without injuries?? If Yes how effective are they to take you into the labour room and bring you out with smiles on your face??
Are you eating less because you feel like you are putting on too much weight?
Are you eating more because you think there's a need to eat for two without knowing that the quantity doesn't matter but the quality(Balanced diet)?
Are you limiting physical activity cause you want to avoid miscarriage?
Do you need a support group to ask your questions daily, weekly or even monthly?

People get what they feel is of Importance to them. You are the one that determines whether you are gonna get a cut or a tear not even the doctors!!! Yess..you determine what the outcome of that pregnancy will be... What exactly do you stand to benefit from this e-book "Child Birth Without Injuries"?
1)Nutritional value and how it affects your baby size?

Most ladies want their baby so big and chubby are you aware that your baby size determines whether you get a cut or not. My advise to you will be that if you want a chubby baby you deliver first and feed the baby to the size you want cause if you are aiming for a fat one be ready to get a cut/tear.
2) A weekly support Forum
Most women wants to hear form other mothers how they went through all the stages from the Labour to the delivery...They find some things awkward and they want to know if it calls for alarm...Well there will be a support forum for pregnant women and Mothers.
Check out this website for more details about it

Painful Delivery isn't an achievement and you should know better. Last week, I was going to share an article by Nurse Nma but due to work and stress I couldn't.
In case you've forgotten, this article is on how she managed to avoid childbirth injuries in her 2nd childbirth after suffering 3degree Episiotomy cut in her first childbirth.
The amazing thing is that she has even helped over 250 mothers (majority of whom it was their first attempt at childbirth) avoid these life/marriage threatening injuries using the same steps that worked for her.
She actually gave us right to share a FREE (Sample Module) where she explained a bit on one of the 4 steps required.
Let us know if you'd like to get the FREE copy.
