The present activities of the UGM is not a true reflection of core Igbo values. The acts of UGM attacking soldiers and policemen who are at their duty posts is an unpleasant and volatile situation that could escalate. South Eastern Monarchs, Leaders and Luminaries should speak up and condemn these needless acts of killing. Igbo Men and Women are core business men and women. Whatever we find to do, we always ensure we're the best at that trade/profession. It's the reason why Igbo Businesses/Artisans/Professionals standout in the marketplace anywhere in the world. This UGM menace is just not us. We hope it comes to an end pretty soon. God bless everybody. We pray for peace in the South East and peace all across Nigeria. |
