Yes o , we need to start being positive in this country, things aren't going well even in America but you will never hear them talk down on their country...They will always pray and say "God Bless America" , If we pray for Nigeria we are indirectly praying for ourselves.

What people don’t know is that the north has been oppressing the south before colonialism
But we all don’t want this topic of brutal slavery by the northern during the slave trade period. cheesy

We just like fooling ourself in Nigeria ,as Nigeria will never be great.
Among all the countries created by Western countries in the world, Nigeria is destined to fail right from the independence.

Indonesia and South Africa come to mind as there is no country by these name about 100 years back and purely created by Western powers for there selfish interest .
Indonesia have a common binding through Islam even though they are divided by ethnic groupings.
South Africa United by Christian religion even though divided by race.
Some countries are united by having same ethnic group as common factor but divided by religion like South Korea etc.

Nigeria like previous Sudan has no common uniting factor among all the people ,so it is programmed to fail from independence onwards
Please say it louder. Nigeria can never be great!!! 1960 independence was a mistake.

What a history for you late Commodore Salaudeen Akano. Continue to RIP sir. So how come one rarely hear of this man that played such a historic role in the immediate post-independance Nigeria?

Is there any legacy to immortalise him? One only hear of Commodore Akinwale Edet Wey which the Ojo Naval Base Headquarters was named after. Thank Goodness for this information

Meanwhile, though Nigeria was a false and forced experiment of the imperial Britain, it really have a chequered history of its nation life.

Lt Louis Victor Ugoma was the first Nigerian to be commissioned in the Queen Own Royal Nigerian Regiment( present day Nigerian army).

While Lt Col. Dim Chukwuemeka was the first graduate to enlist into the Nigerian army, Sub- Lieutenant O. Z. Chiazor was the first Nigerian to enlist into the Navy. Proudly Igbos! My people una dey see am? History must be taught in our school for the sake of those who wants it distorted

When they stopped teaching history in school

I wonder why we rushed for independence when in reality we are not capable to rule ourselves. Thunda fire those three men for dia graves rubbish.

1960 was the biggest catastrophe in the 20th century. Once again thunder fire those people wey claim to fight for Nigeria independence.

Chiazor commanded the Navy platoon that lowered the Union Jack and hoisted the Nigerian Flag during Independence in 1960. He ordered Salaudeen Akano, an Ordinary Seaman, to lower the British flag.

I can't tell you much but you see the ordinary seaman..Yoruba mooslim

I just feel this Obi of a man is a very lucky person. Imagine you coming for a contest and your opponents are glaringly so unfit from all perspectives.

First the ruling party APC messed up the country for good 7yrs, making life so difficult for the citizens. As if that wasn't enough, of all NIGERIANS available, it was an old sick convicted drug lord they saw to field as a candidate. To add more salt to the big injuries, the sick candidate decided to go by a Moslem Moslem ticket when we all know that Nigeria is a multi religious nation.

On the other hand, the main opposition, the PDP decided to field a well known criminal who joined in looting Nigeria dry during his time as VP for 8 good years. Now it is him they decided to field again. A man who couldn't even unite his own party. A man who can't even stand by his words for once. When Deborah was murdered in cold blood by his people, he condemned the act, but as soon as his brethren threatened him, he rushed to delete the tweet and denied not condemning the barbaric act. Now his party is so divided that the house can't stand. The north still in power and yet they want us to vote the north again as if they are making the country better in anyway.

Now I know that Obi emergence is divine.
OBI IS SIMPLE A LUCKY MAN.

Will Nigerians come out en mass to vote for Peter obi? The answer is No. Most of them don't even have their PVC.....
