Muslims dont drink alcohol but smoke cigarette to weed and other strong intoxicant. Drinks are divided into two. We have the chemical hot drinks that intoxicate and fermented fruit drink that intoxicate. In bible days, they drink wine from their vineyards which is natural and not a sin. Elders in christianity banned it due to excessive drinking at parties caused by greed (awuf). Chemical alcohol is bad with effects which is morally bad.

Your elders have no right to pronounce any ban against that which God never made sin using the name of God. undecided

Anyone is allowed to drink the kind of alcohol he chooses and that right is from God Himself who made it clear that we are not defiled by any thing we ingest and nothing we eat or drink will cause us harm. grin

So, if you feel it is a good idea to get drunk in even the comfort of your own home every Sunday as a way to unwind after a week of doing good works.....there is no sin committed by your unwinding. No need to shackle self when God has not placed any shackles on you. grin

That is the delusion that most men have, I am afraid. undecided

1. Before you came to God what you were filled with where likely moral ideas of right and wrong. Jesus Christ is not of moral Law but of a higher standard than what are your moral Laws. undecided

2. Nowhere in the entirety of the Gospels did Jesus Christ declare drunkenness a sin as even the passages shown earlier can attest to this fact. Drunkenness is the a sin, neither is attending parties, eating sin. Instead what Jesus Christ made clear is punishable crime is not ready when the master returns. undecided

It is against God to add your own ideas to that which is His Law. undecided

Listen to your self. Jesus must not say it before you know it's a sin Jesus didn't talk about masturbation pornography homosexuality I guess all this are good right?

So why will the apostles of CHRIST Come together to conclude matters. And why did CHRIST Promised holyspirit to his people after his departure

This is the problem that is Christianity today. You pretend you under moral Laws because of how it is clearly dictated ....thou shall not kill, thou shall not steal... yet somehow you can't seem to clearly apply to same level of reasoning to the Law that is Jesus Christ. undecided

Yes, God's Law must stipulate a thing sin for it to be considered sin. After all, sin is by definition is transgression of God's Law meaning simply that the Law has to expressly stipulate a thing as sin for it to be considered sin against God. undecided

2. Jesus Christ did not stipulate masturbation, pornography, and even homosexuality as sins, so they are none of them sins. What this means is that you sin against God when you go around telling people that any of the above are sins, this since God never gave you the right to add rules to His Law in His behalf.. undecided

However, Jesus Christ did insist that sexual lust in the hearts of men is what sin is - Matthew 5 vs 27 - 28 - the sin sin adultery, He called it. So instead of your previous list, you are instead meant to tell people that what amounts to sin of adultery is sexual lust after another that one experiences in one's heart. undecided

We are called to following of instructions , not changing the rules/laws of God as it suits us. undecided

I can't be a witness to what was written of the apostles since I was not there. undecided

As for the Holy Spirit, As Jesus Christ clearly explained in scripture to you, the Spirit of God also known as the Spirit of Truth, is the very same Spirit which lived and taught the Gospel from within His person. undecided
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. The only way to the Father is through me.
7 If you really knew me, you would know my Father too. But now you know the Father. You have seen him.” - John 14 vs 6 - 7
Jesus Christ, also promised His followers that the Spirit of Truth which He will ask the Father to give them will in no wise contradict Him in any way this since the Spirit will take from that which is Jesus Christ to teach to them all. undecided
25 “I have told you all these things while I am with you.
26 But the Helper will teach you everything and cause you to remember all that I told you. This Helper is the Holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name. - John 14 vs 25 - 26
Jesus Christ taught of how the Spirit of Truth, the Helper, would be sent to each of His followers from the Father and would bear witness about Him, Jesus Christ. undecided
26 “But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will bear witness about me.
27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with me from the beginning.
He went on to further state that the Spirit of Truth is subject to Him, Jesus Christ, the Truth of God, in that the Spirit will only reveal that which is of Jesus Christ in order to bring glory to Jesus Christ alone, this by speaking that which of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God which is ruled over by Him, Jesus Christ. undecided
8 “When the Helper comes, he will show the people of the world how wrong they are about sin, about being right with God, and about judgment.
9 He will prove that they are guilty of sin, because they don’t believe in me.
10 He will show them how wrong they are about how to be right with God. The Helper will do this, because I am going to the Father. You will not see me then.
11 And he will show them how wrong their judgment is, because their leader[a] has already been condemned.
12 “I have so much more to tell you, but it is too much for you to accept now.
13 But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will lead you into all truth. He will not speak his own words. He will speak only what he hears and will tell you what will happen in the future.
14 The Spirit of truth will bring glory to me by telling you what he receives from me.
15 All that the Father has is mine. That is why I said that the Spirit will tell you what he receives from me. - John 16 vs 8 - 15
a. The Father will send the Spirit of Truth aka the Helper in the Name of Jesus Christ to those who live their lives in submission and obedience to the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ.
b. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will teach the followers of Jesus Christ all things and bring to their remembrance all that Jesus Christ has taught.
c. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will bear witness about Jesus Christ to each of Jesus's own followers.
d. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will convict those who are in the world regarding sin, righteousness, and judgment.
e. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will guide each one of Jesus Christ's followers into all Truth for He will only speak of that which He hears of Jesus Christ and declare that which is to come concerning Jesus Christ(and His Kingdom)
f. The Helper, the Spirit of Truth, will glorify Jesus Christ, for He will take what belongs to Jesus Christ to declare to each of His followers
g. All that the Father has belongs to Jesus Christ and as such the Helper will teach to Jesus Christ's followers only that which is of Jesus Christ.
Look at it this way, the same Laws that applied for all when Jesus Christ was on earth apply even now that His Spirit is here in His stead. undecided

Funny replies, Christ gave holyspirit to men to lead them. Same way GOD gave moses laws and still told him to judge matters which were not part of the law and when moses go to GOD. He gives answer to the question. Christ gave us holyspirit to make enquiries from him on matters nnt concluded and the spirit helps out.

If you truly believe the above is true, then why would the same Holy Spirit lead your so-called elders to doing that which is against Jesus Christ? undecided

Carefully process again that which Jesus Christ told you of the Spirit of Truth aka the Holy Spirit who would be sent to you from the Father as Helper? Notice how, He is meant to be subject to Jesus Christ meaning answers He gives to you can not contradict or violate Jesus Christ in any way or form. undecided

You think Jesus Christ raged against the many false teachers and false prophets, along with their many doctrines and traditions(lies) just for kicks? undecided

They are all of them cursed in God's Kingdom and we know that which is cursed cannot enter the presence of God. lipsrsealed

By putting on the yoke of christ (following his step), was there anywhere JESUS OR APOSTLES drank to stupor? If JESUS Were to be here in his physical form, will he approve masturbations and all the dirty stuffs people do these days and were not written? So why did GOD Say we should not follow the way of the hearthens because for the same attrocities he threw them out of their lands.

1. According to Jesus Christ, a one who is His follower is one who lives in continuous submission and obedience of His teachings and commandments- John 14 vs 15 - 25 & John 15 vs 14 . undecided

So it is meaningless to ask whether Jesus Christ was recorded or not. Yes, Jesus Christ was accused of being a drunk and a glutton by the Pharisees of His day but that is beside the point since He called us to obey His commandments. And Jesus Christ never suggested in His teachings that drinking to stupor is sin against God. undecided

2. Jesus Christ must have seen even a lot of prostitution going on during His days but nowhere in His Gospel did He come out to proclaim prostitution as sin against God. Instead, what He proclaimed is sin is the sexual lust in the hearts of men - Matthew 5 vs 27 - 28. undecided

So, is it that you disagree with Jesus Christ, God's own Law and feel God should have maybe instead included masturbation and the lot to the list in order for it to be acceptable by your own standard? undecided

3. Well, technically, the way of the heathens, implies the way of disobedience of God's direct Law/commandments. So? undecided

Um... you do understand that preaching as sin that which isn't sin is akin to teaching false doctrines and traditions using God's Name, right? undecided

You mean you have never read of the end that awaits the false teachers and false prophets? How they will be shut out by Jesus Christ who will deny Him at the end of if all? undecided

What grin

The sons of God You are calling are angels and they took physical bodies which shows that they were not made with a penis your paradise is immoral .
Where did they find the physical body? And who told you there's immorality in paradise? Does that mean God that permitted sex in marriage permitted immorality in your Bible?

So do the alcohol in paradise doesn't intoxicate?
Yes the alcohol is not that of the water of Jesus in Cana. It doesn't intoxicate.

My God so you don't know that Allah sends Muslim to hell just for being Moslem he sends you there until the judgement day when he shall inspect the mark of prostration on your forehead
Na so so lies Holy Spirit dey guide you to! Better repent and embrace the right way of live. Don't die in your disbelief! Which Qur'an verse states this lies above in bold?

The Quran makes a shocking but clear statement that apart from "unbelievers," ALL Muslims will go to hell, first, before some of them are rescued, while the unbelievers and other unserious Muslims would remain there: There is none of you that shall not go there (hell) - this is the judgment your Lord has purposed. Then we shall save those who fear Allah, and we shall leave the evil doers in the fire on their knees (Sura 19:71-72).here is not one of you but shall approach it. That is a fixed ordinance of thy Lord. Then we shall rescue those who are kept from evil, and leave the evil doers crouching there.

Maybe that's why Mohammed didn't know where he'll go and what Allah will do to him.

Don't you read your Quran .

I read the Qur'an and what Allah describes in it is different from what you are saying here. You are a liar!
71. There is not one of you but will pass over it (Hell); this is with your Lord; a Decree which must be accomplished.
72. Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). (Qur'an 19: 71-72)

All humans will pass over hell! And passing over is not same as entering it! Only those who are unbelievers and sinners will enter hell!

The way you typed is similar to all your other monikers! I sabi you wella!
Spread your doubts but you can only delude yourself.

Your doom awaits you if you don't repent!

If you weren't inside what is Allah saving you from and if you weren't inside why is he saving you and leaving unbelievers behind? You love twisting your own book or you love lying which of them

My brother I have just one moniker if I have more than one you can name them.

God permitted sex for reproduction within the confines of marriage

It wasn't recorded that anybody got drunk from drinking so I don't know where you got that from at least back your claims with bible verses .

You're right my doom awaits me if I don't follow Jesus as my Lord and savior yours awaits you even if you are a devoted Moslem even the perfect Mohammed didn't know where he'll end up he must be chilling in hell.
