Where he wan see the money to finance this budget without the removal of subsidy  Anyways...our budget performance has always been poor....where expenditure always cross over 100% with additional supplementary budgets and revenue is usually less than 60%... Nigeria spends more than it earns. Debts are piling and we still borrowing. Unfortunately, the borrowings are still being stolen.
