Hello please, I have someone with a masters degree in a uk university and presently working with nhs in the uk. She wants to put in for the canadian permanent residence program though she has worked just for 6months but earn well over 1500/months. Please is she eligible and what other factor does she need to work on. First hand advice please

Go the Canadian government immigration site, cic.gc.ca, and read through the guide there for immigrating as a skilled worker. It's a points based system with points awarded for age, education, language skills, etc.
