If you want to lose weight easily

Practice most or all of these habits everyday.


✅Include protein in most of your meal

✅Include vegetables in all the food you eat.


✅Practice slow and mindful eating. Be mindful of what enters your mouth.


✅Consistently practice workouts even if it's twice a week.

✅Eat your dinner on time before 7:30pm


✅Decide today to drink homemade smoothie instead of lots of processed juices and soda

✅Don't eat Heavy Carbohydrate more than once a day.


To reduce the amount of calories you eat per day, Always go for light food more
