The issue of a referendum isn't up for debate as the contested region has been facing a brutal war since 2014 being waged by Zelensky.

The Russian conducted referendum was a formality as the Russian speaking east had been clamouring to leave since 2008! Is it after killing them indiscriminately for 8ys straight that they will vote to remain under the Jewish oligarchs in Kiev?
