Tonye Cole won't win any LGA other than those in his ethnic Kalabari. Ogonis votes will be divided between Magnus and Sim. With Magnus having upper hand. The Ikwerres will vote Sím overwhelmingly. This also includes the Bonny, Onelga and Ahoada. With thése LGA in the pocket for Sim the election is in his favour.
