The Federal Government fresh from being dealt a severe blow in its quest to prosecute the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is considering other legal options available to it.

This follows the ruling by a three-man panel of the Court of Appeal which held that the Federal High Court lacks the jurisdiction to try him in view of his abduction and extraordinary rendition to Nigeria in flagrant violation of the OAU convention and protocol on extradition.
