In a democratic settings the executive, senate and judicial systems check one another. Mr President disregards them all. The UN courts and Nigerian courts.

If the judicial system is so powerless to defend the law then it should be scraped so that the whole world will know that democracy in Nigeria is a big time joke.

I expect Malami to cook up a new story soon

It's a shame that our beloved country is run like a banana republic. This is the reason voters should be wary of the wolves canvassing for votes.

The Lawyers have so far failed to Publish the signed Appeal Court Judgement so everyone can confirm it is not Fake News

Also since the Federal High Court in Umuahia has not yet ruled on Kanu's extraordinary Rendition Case then which extraordinary Rendition case did his lawyers Appeal?

Re: Nnamdi Kanu: If Mr President Keeps On Disobeying Court ... by cybertruss(m): 5:44pm On Oct 14, 2022
The high court has no jurisdiction for that case. The only option is to go to supreme court.

High court cannot cancel appeal court case. Only the supreme court can, unless we are running real banana republic.

Nnamdi Kanu became popular because Mr President handled it badly. You rule with sense not with force

Nnamdi Kanu has done things to Buhari that the president will be justified to just hang him.

But because he is a fair man, he has sent Kanu to court to be tried.

Kanu contested the legitimacy of his rendition, but has not denied that he jumped bail from a previous trial. That case is still open in court and he will need to be tried for it. He won his challenge on rendition.

Typically, he would be released, but he is a flight risk. So he will remain imprisoned to answer to the charges before his escape.

In other words, Government is free to pick when and where it obeys court orders?

Are you even current with court proceedings in this Kanu case?

The berstard has three separate issues going on.

1. Raising insurrection force
2. Terrorising and disrupting peace of the nation
3. Jumping bail and antagonizing the nation from a foreign soil.

What then is the need of the judiciary if the president can just pick somebody and hanged?

Here the op again;

Is it your government or the courts that has the responsibility of of deciding who is guilty?

So if the courts declare Nnamdi Kanu guilty tomorrow, the government should go with the decision, but if the courts say Nnamdi Kanu should be set free, your government can choose not to go with the decision?

Any country that the government can choose when to obey court judgment and when not to obey it, is not a democracy. It is a dictatorship

All these things you have listed here have been looked into both by the Nigerian Courts and the United Nation courts and the accusations are invalid.

The funny thing is that some Igbo elders went to see Buhari and told him to release Nnamdi Kanu and reach a political settlement

Buhari told them and the world that he does not want interfere with the judiciary and court cases

Now that the courts have freed Nnamdi Kanu, the same Buhari who said he does interfere with Judiciary, is refusing to abide by court judgment

The hypocrisy is too much

As at now, there is no case and no charge against Kanu, the appeal court has struck everything out
