Most of you are simply uneducated. Flooding is mostly a natural disaster. Lagos is one of the world’s big cities that is sinking below the ground so flooding every year during heavy is not unexpected.
Besides the human factor involved in some case has to do with blocked drainages, regarding this Lagos state government is the only govt in Nigeria that spend heavily clearing drainages across the state year in year out. The drainage in my area was cleared by the state government twice this year already. But the mumu citizens will still dispose of their waste in the drainages immediately after again.
