Gossiping, backbiting and conspiracy.
The information you never discussed with anyone will leak out mysteriously and yet no one ever shares same info about others with you. Church is like a fellowship of cultists in another location.
Gossip of who has what and who is not having with little or no charity towards needy.

People who aren't spiritually mature head those kind of donation seeking units. Some have so many color code for units that they don't realize every finger aren't equal. Derailing the service of members towards God.
