Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyer and general council to IPOB, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, has taken to his facebook wall to express his disappointment that Nnamdi Kanu was not released today, 17th of October, by the DSS Ejiofor said that despite serving the AGF, Abubakar Malami, as well as the Director general of the DSS with valid court order that discharged Nnamdi Kanu, they have refused to release him Ejiofor went on to say that by the DSS not releasing Kanu, they are now illegally and unconstitutionally holding him. He however said that the DSS would have no choice but to release Kanu as there was no way they could get around the court order 1 Like 1 Share
