And well, what I meant by true football fans covers Countries where "active football " holds in a campaign not just any country. Used to be about 150 journalists but now reduced to 100 while adding 3 other nuetral and invidivial entities ( which includes France Football Ambassador for every year the award is held)

Yes. I'm more convinced about true fans who actually watch and participate in active football not just a selection of few who vote biasedly to favour their G.O.A.T
