My acceptance letter not uploading on my nasims dashboard, I only get error messages.

I have been trying it for 2 days now.

I reduced the fie size to 101kb
I tried as jpeg and also as pdf still no way I only get an error messager

What next can I do?

Thr one i uploaded was without focal signing.. I uploaded it last week Wednesday

Exactly after this Focal person signing rubbish the acceptance letter has refused to upload again.

It's a general issue.
Una never see anything.
NPower hasnt changed.
