A collection officer is needed in a real estate developer firm. The collection officer would participate in debt recovery processes across projects on behalf of the company. Provide Policy document to the collections process for adoption by the company, Categorize Delinquent debt according to ease of collection and viability.Receive collections on behalf of the company.

Requirements
- A good first degree BSc
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, sales, operations, administration.
- Experience in hospitality(Hotel) or the real estate industry in Nigeria is a most.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and
the internet.
