Did the LP presidential candidate just boast that he had moved 439 million Nigerians out of poverty? Did we understand him correctly? Well, I guess Nigerians are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the stats regularly quoted by Peter Obi, which invariably show out to be grossly inaccurate.

Today, the social media space is on fire because Obi claimed to have single-handedly lifted hundreds of millions of people out of poverty in a country with a current population of fewer than 200 million.

Why does this OP keep writing rubbish and why does the rubbish keep getting pushed to Front Page?

The report of Obi saying he lifted 439million Nigerians out of poverty is complete falsehood which has been debunked by a longer video but this fool has chosen to stick with falsehood.

What Obi said is that China used MDGs to lift about 439million of its citizens from poverty. Obi was clearly referring to China.

Why do you keep writing rubbish mr man?
