There's barefaced dictatorship in Nigeria. Nobody is after constitutionalism and rule of law again. Femi Falana worked perfectly well with the duo of Chief Gani Fawehinmi and Dr. Bekololari Ransome Kuti. With the later two gone, he seems not interested in that again.
