The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and professional development of the employees and bring the most out of people’s talents, helping them develop to their full potential while, at the same time, keeping a strong focus on the organization's needs.


[/b]Job Description[b]

* Use performance feedback from line managers to conduct skills-gap analysis for every employee and recommend a training calendar line
with a set budget to implement appropriate training programs to close the gap.

* Work with line managers to conduct skill-gap analysis for potential employees for higher roles and recommend and implement appropriate
individual developmental plans for them.

* Oversee induction and in-house training programs at BH Academy.

* Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, mentoring, job-shadowing, career pathing, online training, etc.).

* Design a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs.

* Evaluate the success of learning and development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with applicable regulators, e.g., ITF, etc.

[/b]Requirements:[b]
* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or any other related field.
* 3–4 years of experience as a Learning and Development Officer
* Good leadership skills.
* Effective communication skills.
