[/b]Job Description[b]
* Oversee the timely dispatch of stock/items from the central warehouse/kitchen in line with defined policies.

* Manage the company's vehicles and coordinate drivers, ensuring that the organization always has a full complement of drivers and
functional vehicles.

[/b]Responsibilities[b]
* Organize and monitor the distribution of goods to ensure items and resources are shipped to their appropriate destinations, and meet cost,
productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

* Oversee all dispatch processing and handover activities ensuring documentation- proof of delivery, stock dispatch notes, goods received
notes, etc.

* Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance and maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection to ensure operational
efficiency.

* Track vehicle fuel usage and consumption rate: ensure that potential problems or fuel misuse are raised to management.
Maintain up-to-date vehicle and other operational permits/license registration and renewal.
