I am sorry to say this but I begging to see the man as a stingy man they called him or maybe he doesn't have enough money to spend .

I don't know the reason Obi suspended his campaign because when we are talking about disaster , it happens in Nigeria every day but I am very sure it wasn't to sympathise with the flood victims that really made him to suspend it . Maybe to avoid the cost of campaigning because it is not easy money to be spent when going from one state to another to campaign.
