Earlier, Farooq Kperogi said only diplomatic agent and their families enjoy diplomatic immunity, upon research I found out the entourage / associate of diplomatic agent also enjoy diplomatic immunity.

Meaning by traveling to the US as the entourage / associate of Gov Tambuwal, Atiku would also be protected by diplomatic immunity.

Therefore Atiku traveling to the US in the entourage of Senate president Saraki on 2019 and Gov Tambuwal 2022, does not in any way prove that Atiku is not a criminal.

If Atiku wants to prove to us that he will not be arrested if he travel to the US, let him travel to the US on his own, like how he travels to Dubai on his own.

Let Atiku travel to the US on his own and clear the doubt about his criminality. As long as there remains doubt that he is a criminal, only fools will vote for him.

Must Atiku always travel with someone who enjoys diplomatic immunity to prove that he is not wanted in the US? In 2019, he traveled with Saraki and in 2022, he traveled with Tambuwal.

I am not in anyway declaring Atiku guilty or wanted in US but he needs to clear his name once and for all by traveling alone in his personal capacity as a private citizen.
