Tinubu is good enough on his own. He's got the whole of SW and a few of North Central.

I actually wanted Shettima because of the way he boldly talked about Tinubu before the primaries.. Tinubu likes him too. However, if the Northerners, especially the Fulani and their Hausa slaves are gonna betray them, then it's best to start looking at a North Central man like Lalong who can bring the whole of North central, as well as, get some major votes from the SS because let me ask, of what use is losing the SS and North central votes if the people whom Tinubu is banking on are planing to betray him in the end? Point is Tinubu needs all the votes that he can get hence why Tinubu shouldn't put his Egg in one basket.

Of course these people have no reason to betray Tinubu for whatever reason because Tinubu previously supported Buhari however if they did, Tinubu wouldn't have a cushion effect and with the SS saying they don't want Muslim Muslim ticket, then it should give way. Shettima can always have another role. What's important is to ensure Tinubu win at the federal level. . And Shettima can only be in Tinubu's cabinet if Tinubu wins anyway because if they persist and Tinubu didn't get it, what's Shettima's benefit from it at the end of the day hence the best is to ensure Tinubu wins at the federal level which can only be done by bringing in Lalong since the SS opposed the Muslim Muslim ticket. It's better to be on the safer side than to be sorry.
