This is the normal action they carry out when they are out for disconnection, the cable connecting your house to an electric pole is cut off and taken away. angry angry angry
My question is, does the cable (house owners buy the cable) automatically becomes NEPA property because it is connected to the a NEPA pole?
If cable is still the house owner property, can NEPA be sued for damage of properties?
