It's going to 2 months plus now, I noticed a ring worm on my son's leg and hand.

We have been giving him prescription from a doctor (Fulcin and antifungal cream, ketoconazole).

Also, I scrap the surface before applying the screams. It clears and still thickens around the corners.

It's tiring.

Please help, is there any injection or very active medication for ringworm that would clear it completely??

Which state of the country are you in?

It's a fungal infection. This particular strain might a very aggressive and virulent one.

Go for strong antifungals such as fulcin tablet. U may have to be very patient as It takes long to clear out completely.

U can also go local by mixing that herb that has a rough leave with sulphur benzoyl and apply topically.

You may need to visit another doctor or do this fast local method:

Get a motor hydraulic oil.

Use a razor to scrap the surface of the affected area, then pour it on it.

It will heal.

Looks like celiac skin rash caused by gluten intolerance. If he keeps eating food made with wheat like bread, cakes etc etc it won't go away. It will just keep spreading and popping up in different areas

Does this food allergy syndrome also come with a persistent itching as is the case with the ringworm infection?

apply just a little amount of pepper on part of the surface and ask the child if there's any peppery feeling. If the child feels it, then it is truly an infection. But if the child experience nothing like peppery sensation, it is probably an 'African bullet'.

Try applying potash on the surface after scrapping it

Use to be very effective on ringworm when we were younger

Use nixoderm ointment the one in tube form and fulcin tablet. That's what i used for mine

No waste time go buy snuff.. scratch the surface and apply the original snuff.

This matter is very simple,get an unripe pawpaw,as in an unripe green pawpaw. Scrap the surface of the ringworm with a new razor blade,use the blade on the pawpaw,a white liquid will come out, richly apply the liquid on the ringworm,though your child go cry from the pain,no mind am. Do this daily till the ringworm clears off. Always use a new blade when scrapping the ringworm daily.

Scrape the surface and apply the fluid from the sterm of a cocoyam leaf. I ain't joking.

So many doctors in the house. Back then we used hydraulic fluid a.ka brake oil after scraping the surface
