Perhaps you just started another cream or soap which sometimes causes these kind of mark but it's easily clear able I used sulphur cream for mine

You are right. I remember that now. We have always held that notion that it is a fungi infection until I decided to check one day and I was shocked. Thanks for refreshing my memory. I hope I don't make this gaffe again

Na better eczema, see a dermatologist for proper medication.

It's a fungal infection either through unwashed bedsheets, pillow case or towels.
Get antibacterial antifungal creame that would help. I can see it being redish which shows signs of bacterial.
You can add Bichamp antibiotics for 7 days to clear the spot.

How can you call something a fungal infection then go ahead and start prescribing antibiotics. Antibiotics for what exactly

It’s a fungi infection called pityriasis versicolor commonly and wrongly regarded to as eczema by Nigerians. Take some antifungals and get a topical anti fungal cream too

That's eczema fam, as a result of dirty bed sheets and pillowcases. Especially the pillow case from sweat etc wash all bed sheets and pillows case, stay clean and use hydraulic. Nothing to panic about fam

Dirty cloth, dirty water etc can cause it
