Any keen Observer of the OBIdient movement knows they are unpredictable.

When the pundits and armchair critics boasted that they'd burnout before September 2022.They were shocked at the resurgence of awareness and zeal far into October.

The OBIdient movement until now was thought to be a youth movement but a closer look shows it's an intergenerational movement of Nigerians who have always wanted the best for Nigeria. Some who saw Nigerian naira dwarf other hard currencies, those who knew when the brightest were eligible for our universities and average students who could not pass the entrance examinations flew abroad.

Those who can't sit and allow APC lie to us about Lagos. The Lagos that was the seat of government until the Gideon Orkar coup of 1991 forced IBB to relocate to Abuja. Those that enjoyed free education of Pa Jeremiah Awolowo and what Late Lateef kayode Jakande did before Buhari scuttled and scattered them.

How can a Tinubu deceive someone who has lived in Lagos in the 70s? How does he hope to convince those who were old enough to know what Lagos was till General Marwa's tenure?

Okay let's forget Lagos for now.

Back to the OBIdient movement.
Now that it's clear that the OBIdient movement isn't endSARS movement or just young people, it won't be difficult to see the versatility in the approach.

The youths are in tune with the elderly. Pa Adebanjo who's been in the trenches pre-independent Nigeria relives their experience and the envisioned Nigeria.
Obasanjo constantly encourages the youth to get on the driver's seat.

Little children who are impressionable love the movement and celebrities who are OBIdient are reaching out.
Why are the children important, once you deal with bigotry at that level, Nigeria has a hope.

Many disparaged the Obikererenke chant by our U-17 ladies after they qualified for the semifinals but OBIdients know the consciousness is spreading.

There is a Jewish adage that says
Parents teach children to speak but children teach their parents to listen.

Imagine what'd happen when almajiris give up bigotry and grow up normally as kids with equal opportunities? Why won't their be thousands of kids who will dwarf Elrufais education? Or plenty of Amina Mohammeds?

Lol
I know someone is wondering what's happening.
The point is OBIdients are intelligent and strategic. Above all, they're looking beyond 2023.It's not ,like the Americans say, One and Done.

Another important point is, OBIdients are not your average Nigerian politicians but no-nonsense strategists.

They determine how the game would be played, what to be addressed or ignored.
The mindset is, operate from a position of advantage.

Are they tired? Lol...never
A little bird told me OBIdient 2.0 is in the offing.
