Well to your first question which actually made sense, yes. Most probably. Imagine raising 5 products of sex that you didn't have, that aren't yours only to be denied the same intimacy that birthed them. The problem with male and female relationship is that men are physically aggressive while women are mentally/emotionally manipulative.

Whilst physical damage can immediately be assessed and condemned, no one can know the effects of mental and emotional damage until the victim lashes out as seen in this case.
