They are useless network....they are undergoing system upgrade but can't send messages across...if it's to send that nonsense MoD message 6:30am, they will rush send am and wake you up..

will cause minimum inconvenience.

If na Nigerian company, na from 10am to
10 pm den go select to do their work, in
order to cause maximum inconvenience
for customers. In fact sef, dem no go
even give notice. Na when you begin
having problems and begin asking questions,
then you'll hear unconfirmed rumors
that "e be like say dem dey do repairs",
and no apology sef❗️❗️☹️☹️☹️
