My shares are only nigerian companies shares.Maybe that's why i didn't receive the email message.
It seems you have shares on USA Stock exchanges(NYSC OR NASD OR BOTH)
Either way this charge is totally bad, Chaka just want to milk you of money as a customer.
Other stock trading platforms don't charge this, they are the only one charging this.
This is akin to you paying a subscription to trade stocks.
My advise is to sell your stocks and close the account.

I recently received the same email message, I have sold my shares with Chaka though at a loss.
It's still better than the $1/month subscription fee.
This fintech companies are something else.
