How many lecturers can afford private uni?
Zonefree:
Till tomorrow, I still don't know or understand why Nigerians are taking side with ASUU.

ASUU as a union is not considering the students.

The President
The Minister of Education
The Minister of Labour

All their children are not schooling in Nigeria. They're not affected in any way, if you like strike in the next 30 years, e no concern them.

Most of the ASUU members, their children are schooling in private universities.

The lecturers will shut the school against innocent average Nigerians for 8 months and still be feeling entitled, yet average Nigerians are still supporting them undecided

ASUU don dey go strike for ages with no result, and they're still striking. Are there no other better ways to express their grievances? It's only a fool that will be doing same thing over and over again and be expecting different result.

You don't have understanding and you lack the simple wisdom to seek for adequate knowledge to make you understand.

Reasonable Nigerians know that without ASUU fights, people like you would have been in perpetual servitude to your masters for lack of education because there's no way your parents would have afforded the cost of your university education (that is if you have any).

Intelligent Nigerians know that university is one of the levelers of economic status in the society. The leaders you are following sheepishly want to put your mind and economy in eternal control but ASUU fights have prevented them from doing so, yet you don't have the simple Intelligence to understand.

You can express yourself now at least, no matter how poorly, but you don't want people coming behind you to have access to what you enjoyed.

Shame!

And so what? Since Tetfund is a product of strike, ASUU will now go on strike every year? Useless people. They are free to go on more strikes, but they will only be paid for the days they work.

No more free money for lazy and greedy ASUU.
