Oil marketers under the protection of Depots and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) at the end of the week encouraged the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) to submit to the central government's order on naira exchanges for ports charges by its individuals.
