I looked for an answer to this Question for days with no Answer.

NOW THAT I'VE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH IT, I DECIDED TO WRITE AN ANSWER HERE FOR ANYBODY THAT IS CURIOUS.... (2022)

YES,... You can deposit as low as $10, $15, $20 etc, into your Domiciliary (Dollar) account in Nigeria.

I did the transaction with GTBank.

I don't know of other banks.

How Do I Get the Lower Dollar Denominations?

Buy it from those 'Abokis' that sell dollar on the road.

But the best way to pay for online transactions is to use your dollar card (with dollar paid into it from Google adsense, or foreign freelance clients).

Another preferred method, is to use Payoneer card for your transactions.

You can fund your Payoneer via payments from Fiverr freelancing, and Amazon associates program, etc.
