Well, we sold them a better idea. They can sell the properties in east if they don't give better ideas to government. All they are interested in is how Obi will win through the back door so as to destroy NIGERIA with poor performance and more lies on daily basis.

You this native doctor you will not keep quiet. Keep showing all and sundry that you don't have sense.

Nice one! National monuments should be preserved as such, but the sitting government said they want to sell this master piece built by Cappa and Alberto back then among others in order to fund the 2023 budget.
Let's be honest here, the PDP government wanted to sell it to a UAE organisation to turn it into a mall. This sitting government renovated it instead. That's a win.

The sitting government might have fails but let's wish shouldn't criticize some of the good policies.

Here are the real vain people who came in via the back door and destroyed Nigeria with the worst performance ever seen in government;

"Without mincing words, APC has not only failed in its promises, but it has engineered a retrogression of the country, especially in the areas of security & economy. There are disturbing statistics on fuel, debts, unemployment, inflation, insecurity and others.

The unemployment rate was 8.19% in 2015 when APC took over, but now it is 33.3%. A US dollar is exchanged at N720 in the parallel market now. It was N198 in 2015. While the country’s debt status was N9.8 trillion in 2015, it stands at N41.6 trillion and the list is endless.

Tinubu’s APC cannot say Nigeria is fine under its rule, and Nigerians are waiting for the ruling party at the polls, and it is the party that Tinubu formed as a platform to achieve his lifelong ambition

These are the extent of damage that the APC has wrecked and Tinubu is using the same platform for his campaigns. It is with keen interest that the Nigerian people await the campaigns to commence. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/09/tinubu-apc-and-the-hurdle-of-aggrieved-nigerian-youths/

Agents of doom, have you forgotten to add foreign reserves to your list? Is it because its more than doubled that of Jonathan as it is now? Did you count the infrastructure under Jonathan and what we have now? Did you mention the social welfare packages we have now that Jonathan did not give? Have you forgotten the 2nd Niger bridge? Was that done by Jonathan? What about power that has improved? Where is the $16 billion Obasanjo budgeted for power without any solution? Did you forget about earnings from crude oil under Jonathan and compared to Buhari? Did you tell us that Jonathan did not witness a pandemic like COVID? And what about the war in Ukraine, did Jonathan witness it? If you refused to give us the full story you must be a devil’s incarnate, an ingrate.

A job well done by the bankers committee, Lai Mohammed go soon come with the lies that he did this .

For the years of the pdp government every iconic building in lagos was run down; the national stadium, national theatre, TBS even the third mainland bridge. The thinking was to take away the shine from lagos and transfer it to abuja. Sadly 12 of those years had southerners at the helm.

So when you begin to talk about Lai Mohammed and the bankers committee you forget that the FGN must first fall in line with the vision, pass executive orders to permit the renovation and give the necessary bank guarantees for the project to take off. You also seem to be unaware that there are necessary rights of way negotiation that must take place to allow heavy equipment use lagos state approach roads.

It's rather unfortunate that the quality of public discussion in this country has been so simplified that it produces deficient thinking and conclusions.

The next HoS of this country if he is to achieve long term prosperity of mind must first renew the minds of the average Nigerian, stimulate reading and clamp down on get rich, get famous schemes such as big brother and these lottery games.

A whole generation maybe even two is thinking well below the standards of the rest of the world. Short of doing legwork and showing breast and bum they are incapable of the smallest bit of logical thinking.

And we are looking to this generation for growth? O ma se o.

Great work!

The only thing now is the maintenance factor.

After the event, will the upgraded facilities be maintained or left to rot?
