Lagos was a complete mess in 1999. Security, waste management, traffic management, revenue generation, transport, waterways, infrastructure etc were all in comatose.Tinubu started the process that changed everything in Lagos. So, put a respect to that name.

Why not bring up pictures of Lagos in 1998 and 1999 and let’s compare. Now, let’s talk about Anambra. Since you have a picture of Lagos at various stages of development spanking years, can you post 1983, 1998 and recent pictures of Anambra so that we can compare?

The only Legacies Tinubu left in Lagos are;
-1).The overt rejection of the FOI act that subsequent LASG have never adopted to ensure accountability and transparency in government. Hence the multi-bullions being embezzled via Alpha-Beta conduit pipe to Burdillion.

The enactment of the outrageous stupendious retirement benefits of past Lagos governors that has only left the state enmeshed in spurious debts despite being the largest revenue generating base of the nation. Other State governments have long copied this satanic policy which have continued to drain the nation of resources.

-3). The Tinubu legacy of building a large network or empire of touts, thugs, agberoes, brigands and other anti-social miscreants will forever remain a negative one that will be remembered.

These criminals have contributed in no small measure to make life difficult for the inhabitants of the city. Then just imagine if this were to be replicated on a national scale.

.And yes, Lagos is the fifth largest economy in Africa and the only state with a city status in Nigeria. Shitholes like Onitsha and Awka don’t even count when ranking cities because they are rightly classified as uninhabited villages.

Lagos is not perfect but it’s still the best in Nigeria. That’s why you’re in Lagos selling fake spare parts and your younger ones are selling gala in Lagos traffic.
