There are laws in this country for God's sake. Soldier that feel insulted surpose to know where to table his agrieviances. Even the Chief of Army staff don't have the right to beat up the most junior soldier or anyone else. If the police authority allow this thing to lie low then they are advising other soldiers indirectly that they have the right to beat up police anyhow they like.

I used to have deep respect for the Nigerian Army till the day I decided to be a driver's mate in a truck delivering files to all parts of the country.
On our way to Kogi from Benin, we encountered checkpoints every 5 km full of soldiers who on a normal day will greet me morning bros (I'm 21). They just pack small small children for road to embarrass their father.
And the no dey collect 200.
On another trip, at the outskirts of Agbor, we
encountered some soldiers and my driver gave them 500 to bring change.
To our utmost surprise, the young Hausa boy threw our money back at us and told us passing money was 1000. They little boy ordered us to do frog jump (including the driver who was in his 60's) funniest part was that even Hausa trailer drivers refused to pay also.
Not to talk of those who block the road with bamboo stick. The drivers mate comes down and pays 1000 then raises the stick up and puts it down himself.
If you bring a load from Lagos to Benin, you fit pay 5,000 for soldier man money. All those crazy Yoruba boys own no join sha.

I have observed most of these military recruits, behaves like zombies. Those ones on red cap are even smarter.

Zero intelligence, No common sense, all they know is when told to shoot and stop shooting.

Even these police officers, are very wicked and heartless, I don't even have any remorse for her. They can both kill themselves.

Some guy called Nigeriainfofm99.3 two Saturdays ago on Barrister Omosebi's show to report how he was brutalized in Lagos by men of the Nigerian Police.
All he did was intervene in a matter between an officer and an Okada man. The man said to the useless olopa 'See the Okada man key for ground', and next thing, olopa swooped on him and beat him bloody. Today, he lies in a private hospital, his vital organs terribly damaged.

The good Barrister sued the mad olopa, and at some point during the process, the werey cop come dey beg am, say wicked people were after him.

You see ehn you can't discriminate when it comes to these animals in uniform.
Whether police o, or soldiers o, they're all beasts, who will always deserve exactly what' has come for them and family!

Soldiers are not trained to be mingling with civilian on day by day basis. The soldiers will see civilians as bn disobedient while civilians see soldiers as wicked and brutal people.

Those soldiers see that Police Officer as a threat to their smooth passage on that traffic, so they have to dismantle it.
Soldiers do not know the difference between woman and a man when they see the situation as a threat.
