Fighting depression is not like fighting someone or something you can see or touch.
It is a feeling deep down within you. Most people facibg depression cannot even explain it. Don't equate depression with feeling low or disappointed ooo.
I mean, they themselves know that they have things working out for them way more than others, but they cannot explain the viod within themselves.
