Condoleeza Rice is only educated to follow the orders of her white supremacist masters in the US govt.

This is why it is a complete joke to imagine that Gadaffi would ever have anything to do with this black slave, this slave would give anything in the world to wake up tomorrow as a white woman, she has no sense of black identity and prefers to be used by her white supremacist masters, despite all her bowing and scraping they still do not treat her with respect - it was even said that when she went into meetings with the likes of D.ic.k Cheney he would talk down to her in a condescending manner, the woman is a complete write off.
