Holybaddo: Forget that rubbish. The days when one man could just embezzle billions of dollars are over. Not in today's Nigeria where everyone's eye is open + in a digital environment. How and where will you hide that kind of money? Fear of EFCC and Interpol alone will make you think twice about such a massive heist. Make no mistake, the nation will feel the impact of a quadrupling of its annual income from oil and gas. Nigeria's annual budget is roughly 30 billlon dollars.
