Shell Plc is reportedly set to resume talks to sell some of its Nigerian oil fields. The oil giant is said to be in negotiations with Eroton Exploration and Production Company Ltd. to offload some of its assets in Nigeria. Shell has been operating in Nigeria since 1937 and is the largest oil producer in the country, accounting for about 40 per cent of the nation’s total oil production. The company has a long history of exploration and production activities in Nigeria, and it currently operates more than 200 oil and gas fields in the country. https://leadership.ng/shell-to-sell-more-oil-assets-in-nigeria/

Nigeria is Africa’s largest oil producer and one of the world’s top 10 oil producers. The country is estimated to have the ninth-largest proven oil reserves in the world, with an estimated 37 billion barrels of oil......and we have nothing to show for all the wealth as a nation?! Again, May all politicians that raped our nation and took her 100 years back with blind looting and stealing since 1960 never end well in life. Including their supporters. So shall it be as long as God lives.... We Rise. 116 Likes 10 Shares |

Fugazy2023: We saw better liars than you during Buhari's regime. You're tying to make it look like an Oil Drilling Company that has NOTHING to do with Subsidy money being paid to Fuel Marketers is leaving because they stopped making money due to the Subsidy removal wey no concern them. That can only be believed by your agbado brethren that lack the capacity to think, not sensible Nigerians. They're leaving because the environment is no longer business friendly! They aren't making any profit and the cost of running their businesses is becoming ever more steep. This has been the case since the last 8 years. Companies that decide to stay have no choice but to continue to hike the prices of their products to meet up with the ever increasing cost of running business. APC has ruined this country! Do better, come up with better lies. 99 Likes 12 Shares |

With our overcrowded population, companies are moving out of this British experiment in their numbers, thus plunging more people into the unemployment market. Yet people are still defending the very leaders who are making their lives miserable. 46 Likes 6 Shares |

Shell has been in talks with Eroton Exploration and Production Company Ltd. since 2019 to sell some of its Nigerian oil fields. The company is reportedly looking to offload some of its assets in the country as part of its strategy to focus on more profitable areas Thank God for Subsidy removal.
