I agree, perhaps legally, there are grey areas to answer clear up. But practically speaking, it's almost inconceivable that she has no knowledge about her husband's criminal practices.

I don't expect her to get the same punishment as the husband and actual killlers. But she'll serve jail time -even in a develop country with stronger judiciary, it'd be hard for her to go scout free, talkless of Nigeria.
