So, I will advise Peter Obi's team to work with NCAA to clear any outstanding issues with that rented South African airplane. A stitch in time saves nine.

Yeah, they can regulate, but they cannot regulate the filty stinking international airport. A disgrace of a place.
You come out of the aircraft and the apron stinks like sewage. If the escalator defending to the immigration point does not injure you, the putrid smell from the "latrine" opposite the immigration check will almost chock you.
They wount see that one as a safety issue.
