HOW DO I TREAT MENSTRUAL PAINS OR CRAMPS
As someone who had suffered a lot from extreme menstrual pains or cramps, I will quickly write here how I overcame this one turbulent experience I had every month for many years. It wasn’t an easy experience at all as you would agree with me that the pains of menstrual pains is out of this world but there are some simple remedies that helped me till I finally overcame.
1. Water
Drinking water always really helped but it is not just any water. It is either you opt for water at room temperature, lukewarm water or alkaline water.
2. Healthy meals
Now when it comes to nutrition, many people are really confused sometimes about what is really healthy. For someone who battles with menstrual pains, you have to choose natural healthy meals over junks and processed foods.
3. Herbs and Spices
There are very wonderful herbs and spices that you can include in your meals or you can take as teas or supplements. This includes onions, ginger, ginseng and scent leaves. There could be others which are not mentioned in this article which you can find out but the ones I have listed here are very great in helping you overcome menstrual cramps like me.
