43 years and counting... World's longest serving president...

What kind of record is this?

It is a Western problem!
When more powerful countries use their huge assets to suppress the growth of other nations, they should be called out for that.
No one is making any excuses for bad leaders who should be condemned for their failures, yet, that does not take away the fact that the Western world is mainly responsible for the carnage in Africa!
You assassinate good African leaders at will.
You send your military forces to undermine progressive African states
You impose stooges across executive mansions in the continent and use skewed global laws to help entrench them in power.
And after all these, you claim innocence?

OK. That is also why we can not provide simple running waters in our home? I laugh

So Nigeria's GDP is 38x that of Equatorial Guinea...interesting.

Meanwhile, our population is 144x theirs (218m vs 1.51m).

That implies that their GDP per capita is much higher than ours.

Nigeria GDP 2022 December estimate = 445 bn USD

Eq / Guinea GDP 2022 Dec. estimate = 11.6 bn USD

Yes, you are right:

Nigeria's GDP per capita = 2,400 US Dollars.
E/Guinea GDP per capita = 19,200 US Dollars.

This is because of Equatorial Guinea's very tiny population vs its oil wealth.

It used to be one of the poorest countries in Africa but the discovery of large oil reserves in 1996 (and their subsequent exploitation) have led to a dramatic increase in government revenue.

You are wrong. When he was governor nobody in his family was in any position. He brought igbo man and hausa to his cabinet. Shidren of hate stop telling lies. Tinubu developed Lagos. GDP of lagos is more than 5 times Equitorial Guinea despite their oil. Lagos is fastest growing economy in Africa. That cannot be a result of nepotism. Its a result of hard work and getting the right people do the job. That’s what Tinubu is known for.

This countrys enermous Oil resources is controlled by Western companies that take almost 90% of the earnings through all sorts of spurious "agreements" with this dictator and his family. Otherwise Equitorial Guinea has all takes to be the new Kuwait of Africa.. It's is the same with Chad where the meagerly Oil earnings have been hyjacked by the Western countries for years while the people suffer.

The US foreign policy goal of making sure that African countries do not enjoy their resources while helping favourable despots to stay in power perennially in other to protect this ideology, is the main reaso why people like Nguema an his family are still in power raping and pillaging these countries all these years. This is no !ore neocolonialism or even imperialism. This is barefaced racism couched in all sorts of foreign policy tools.

If Obi ever rules Biafra that’s what Igboland will become. Obi is a son of Imperialists. He will never lead Nigeria but yes, he can lead Biafra.

Read this man's bio and it was by far the worst I have ever read of a modern day leader or any in the past.

The discovery of offshore oil wells has really buoyed his power grip .

That mullato homosexual bastard even invited him to the WH.

Equatorial Guinea was founded as a Spanish slave colony using imported Igbo slaves .

The vast majority of the people including this man are descended from Igbo slaves.

This is a sneak peek into what an OSU republic would look like and if Biafra had come to pass, the orangutan Ojukwu might still have been ruling them after committing numerous purges like this cretin.

And if Obi leads Biafra they will eventually enlist into perpetual servitude. Obi is a lapdog of imperialists, just like Ojukwu.

Despite the huge oil and gas wealth of the country, most of its people live in abject poverty while Obiang and his cronies live like kings.
