umunaija: Broda, na only question I ask na. Even an established democracy, such as Switzerland, has a rotational presidency among its multi-vice presidents in recognition of their ethnic diversity. Ethnicity should not be the measure of relationships in a multicultural society anywhere, but it is this exact factor that has polarized and kept many civilizations from making meaningful progress.
