Tips:
How To Cover Your Meetings:
1. Bring out everyone statistics for the past week. Everyone must have a statistic related to them. Show their graphs.
2. Talk about action steps and targets for the coming week.
3. Talk about problems and talk about their solutions. "Never point to a problem without pointing to the solution."
4. General announcements.
5. Wins and successes. "Ask staff to talk about some of their wins. Make them recognise their wins. Always end the meeting this way to end it on a high. It lifts spirits and shows people how valuable they are."
