The school acted out of place!!
It is a case the school can handle, as far as it is not a rape but a conceptual act. There is no need involving the police in the first place. This is a regular occurrence in our secondary schools these days. I know the number of such cases on my table and how i handled all. Even when the parents are pleading, the school takes her decision on issues like this

The student that filmed the act and distributed it should also be arrested under the cybercrimes act.
Many oldies and adult males now screaming hell did these things during their days but due to lack of social media they are now appearing holy.
Can anyone believe that cases of sodomy have been existing in some Northern communities for decades,but if it's now reported based on social media, everyone would be screaming that the world these days is spoilt,not knowing that the difference is just the widespread exposure that phone cameras and the social media now give such acts

No one says there wasn't immoral people in those days, but you can compare it with these nowadays children. Students were fairly decent in those days. People like you in those days are 10 of 100 but nowadays, they are above 70 out of every 100.

No matter how you try to defend it, it is glaring the older generations were far more decent
