Let me explain this;

There are three Moslem candidates in this race as stated by someone in another thread which I saw making comments.

If the three (Atiku, Kwakwanso and Tinubu) are to share the Moslem votes with Atiku and Kwakwanso winning the majority in the North due to tribal affiliation and Obi wins 80% of Christian votes across the North, Obi would be come the President.

Although it is expected that about 40% of Yoruba Christians may still vote BAT due to tribal affiliation and not necessarily that he has anything to offer Nigerians but Obi visits to these mega Churches but mostly Yoruba owned would ensure he gets more than 50% Yoruba Christian voting for him.

Additionally, Yorubas are highly educated and sophisticated and seen in recent opinion pools PO is going to win the majority votes of highly educated voters across every demography. Obi is also winning South East and at least 65% South South. I am not even sure any of other candidates would win 25% in South East region, Edo and Rivers State.

Secondly, the North is not monolithic as you are trying to make us believe my Moslem brother. Christian Northerners in the southern fringes of Kaduna, Kebbi, Bauchi and Borno are fanatically routing for Obi as confirmed by Babachir Lawal. LP Christian woman leader was recently murdered for canvansing and teaching the women to sing that Obi would be the saviour of southern Kaduna and Christians of Middle belt.

Further more, it is a fact that there are at least 25% of Christians or more in the North population with Christians forming majority or at least 30% in 24 out of the 36 states of the federation and Abuja.

PO needs to keep attending the Christian events to solidify his base and reach out to moderate Moslems through his pitch on the economy and he wins.
It is noteworthy to recall that Buhari won the election by doubling down on his Moslem credentials and reaching out through his coalition with AC to win moderate southerners to vote for him based on his presumed acetic lifestyle by Christians resenting Jonathan and PDP profligacy and boom he became the president. BAT lost his Christian base the day he took the perceived terrorist sympathizer as a running mate and his recent history of not speaking truth to power even as the criminal herdsmen decimate his Yoruba people.

I am sure you are worried that PO is building a strong Christian coalition you would want him to leave his base and go North to waste his resources on folks that probably have the same mindset as yourself. I have observed that most BATist are guided by tribal, religious and other primordial consideration instead of electing credible leaders to help Nigeria out of the doldrums.

As you have consistent said that Northerners would not vote for Obi for going to Churches on Invitation, why not allow him to continue doing so that the North will keep hating him and then massively vote for BAT to win. Is that too hard for you to do?

I would advise you to stop commenting on Obi as they already becoming stale and sounding more like a broken record.

How has welcoming you ever translated to actual voting? It is normal, when you as a visitor pay a surprised visit; people will honour you with shout and clapping; it doesn't mean they will vote for him. Even if Tinubu or Atiku or Buhari pay surprise visit, they will do the same by honouring him with shout and clapping.
