But he also had opportunities to rectify such deficiencies in the Civil service, but did not.

As a civil servant in Nigeria, you're totally OYO if you refuse to plan yourself for retirement.

Buhari did not have opportunity to rectify the problem after 7 years.

Lack of planning in service is killing civil servants .they enjoy during service but forget to plan for retirement.

No President can end it except we adopt the credit system model Tinubu proposed in Imo State and idiots were mocking him

Capital intensive Projects like Housing, Car purchase, Student Tuition and Business Startup should all be through Government assisted low interest loans

The genesis of corruption in the country is the civil servant coz most times they are the ones graduating to become a politician after they have accumulated corrupt money to buy forms and spend on elections.

It actually africa stupid mentality but is very worse in Nigeria.

ASIWAJU IS HERE TO TAKE THE BULL BY ON HORN.

GOD BLESS THE INCOMING PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU.

You just spoilt everything you have written with Asiwaju at the end of it. I been dey read am dey think say you get brain, until you spoilt the whole thing by mentioning the well known, most popular Chicago international drug kingpin Amoda Ogunlele Tinubu

.

First step towards the solution is to elect a President with zero tolerance for corruption to occupy the highest office in the Civil Service.

Now purge yourself of Tribal & Party Sentiments and tell me who, among the 3 top contenders is best suited for this.
The answer is as clear as daylight. cool
first step is to make their salaries worthy enough. Civil servants, Police and Military...... Revamp their health and welfare package and watch the system change.....although those that are already benefitting from corrupt practices will probably not change. Those ones will need to be purged.

The system is wicked. The other day some folks were complaining about prnsion not paid by Okowa. The system has always encouraged corruption. If the Government do not do something in the next ten years to make life easy for retirees these governmentpolicies will end up in the bin. Before you tackle corruption make the system conduicive. Salary is nothing to talk about in the face of inflation. Any top director about to retire will lay hands on every available cash before exiting service. The amount of capital projects going down the drain in MDAs without impact in the life of citizens is no enormous. Some sinators and legislooters de learn wete some civil servants. Make the service lucrative like in the good old age then tackle the corruption. Strengthen ways of reporting corruption in MDAs, University, Hospitals etc.

I thought Buhari was god-sent in 2015 and Gej was a devil. So Tinubu is another miracle worker. You cannot give what you don't have.

Government is a continum

Obasanjo had a 9,000 minimum wage, Jonathan had a minimum wage of 18k, Buhari made it 22k... Each President worked based on Nigeria's GDP and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu would build on that

And yes Buhari was God sent, nobody leads a country of 200m people of he didn't get there through God

Even with all the hate and death wishes from ignorant kids, he is still out living them

Minimum wage has not changed. Compare Minimum wage with inflation, cost of living and forex. Politicians are deceiving you people. No hope in renewed hope, new Nigeria is not possible. Nigerians cannot be united. Hope for nothing and be blessed.

Keep God out of your mouth. God doesn't interfere in human will, especially in situations where people have an established method of picking their leaders.

He did so much. He increased workers pay across board and ensured timely payment of gratuity. I don't understand your point. Perhaps you had no clue.
